SWFS COVID-19 Safety Policy
Stephen Wise Free Synagogue requires all people ages five and older who are eligible for vaccination to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 in order to enter the synagogue building. Mask-wearing is required for everyone ages two and older.
‘Volunteering is humbling’
“VOLUNTEERING IS HUMBLING,” says Saul Sapadin, 13. “It helps me realize all of the things I should be grateful for.” Saul started volunteering at our Emergency Food Program with his family while he was attending our Early Childhood Center, and it became their tradition to volunteer as often as possible until the pandemic struck. Stephen Wise Free Synagogue Embarking On Humanitarian Mission to Poland-Ukraine Border
Stephen Wise Free Synagogue’s Rabbi Ammiel Hirsch will be leading a humanitarian mission April 24–28 to the Poland-Ukraine border that will include the delivery of critical supplies, funds and a coordinated effort aimed at providing emotional support to Ukrainian refugees.
