Helping Children and Teens respond to the War in Israel 🖥🇮🇱
Join Samantha Vinokor-Meinrath, a nationally recognized expert on Israel, antisemitism and social media, for a virtual discussion on how to handle news and social media coverage of war in Israel with children and teens. Samantha will be joined by rabbis and senior educators from congregations across New York City. Topics will include how to respond to what you are seeing, how to protect your mental health in the face of relentless images and trauma, and any other questions that might be on your mind. This event is part of a New York area parent education collaboration between Stephen Wise Free Synagogue, B’nai Jeshurun, Central Synagogue, Temple Emanu-El of the City of New York, Congregation Rodeph Sholom, Conservative Synagogue Adat Israel of Riverdale, and East End Temple.
