Jewish Values In Practice: Patience (Savlanut)

Details

When:
April 17, 2021
Time:
10:30 am - 11:30 am

What would it take for you to make real change in your life? Join Rabbi Sam Natov and Student Cantor Joe Flaxman for an ancient Jewish approach to mindfulness and self-exploration through story, song and teaching. We’ll find spiritual healing through discussion and practice as we work toward self-awareness empowerment, and personal growth. In this first session, we’ll focus on patience (“savlanut” in Hebrew) — and using Jewish teachings to build the stamina to be more patient with those most important in our lives.
